Lia founded Life Focus in 1998 with the vision of assisting others with Holistic Stress Management, which she was enthusiastically putting to use in her career as Localisation Team Manager in the Thames Valley's software industry. Today she is key to the success of Life Focus, assisted by her team and supported by her valued Associates.
A proud Member of both the prestigious International Stress Management Association (MISMA) and Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHT), Lia naturally abides by their Codes of Conduct. In addition to having a B.A.degree, she studied theoretical and practical Holistic Stress Management for several years (cert.) and more recently completed the Time Line Therapy™ Practitioner Training. Lia is also a fully registered Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner, listed by the Bach Foundation
(BFRP) and bound by their own Code of Practice.
Loving the work she has chosen to grow through Life Focus, she remains committed to ongoing personal and professional development, actively pursuing a wide range of workplace-, lifestyle- and health-related courses.

We deal with ALL areas of life and treat them all as equally important - from Workplace Stress and Bullying, to Home Tensions and Anxiety Attacks, right through to Wedding Blues and Christmas Nightmares! We are experienced in a wide range of stress management, relaxation and personal development techniques - and in simply picking out something appropriate from our Shop! Don’t worry if you haven’t the time to
‘read up’ on it all – we specialise in taking this stress away from you and can easily make consultation- and product suggestions, or even plan and create a whole personalised package of time and training for you.
INGREDIENTS
Vegetarians and Vegans are well catered for in our Shop; most of our products are approved by BUAV, the British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection. All organic products are certified by The Soil Association. Quality Aromatherapy oils and natural ingredients are used – no chemical scents. We vet our suppliers for the highest standards and membership of relevant bodies such as the Aromatherapy Trade Council.
ENVIRONMENTAL
We are deeply committed to the wellbeing of our planet and promise that the environmental impact of our business will be kept to a strict minimum. For example, our office is powered by a ‘Green’ renewable energy scheme, we actively recycle, seek out organic options, use ETA breakdown (Environmental Transport Agency) and a percentage of our profits always goes to a split of conservation charities.
