.... ITV (Meridian) contacted Life Focus Founder, Lia Ithell, having heard about her work with clients suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder, (S.A.D.). Symptoms are clustered around the dark Winter months and range from mild "Winter Blues" to depression and other disabling mind/body aspects. (Please see our detailed page on S.A.D.). Meridian Television quickly decided they would like to film a feature on Lia to coincide with the end of British Summertime - and to be screened on National Stress Awareness Day; 6th November.
